Windows multitouch compatibility
A lot of the new Windows 8 laptops come with a touchscreen, and there are more Windows 8 tablets available. Full windows 8, NOT Windows RT. But Mendeley desktop does not support touch-scrolling, and other features enabled by Windows Touch API (http://msdn.microsoft.com/en-us/library/windows/desktop/dd371406(v=vs.85).aspx). Please make Mendeley support this Windows Touch API, which is a big part of the Windows 8 experience.

Great suggestion! As of now, Mendeley is a real hazzle to use, compared to other PDF-software.

Would love to see this. It not only applies to touch screens but also to gesture enabled mice and trackpads.

The board supports a CompactPCI Serial mezzanine module to support four out of the possible eight Ethernet interface configurations on the P6 connector. It also has microSD and mSATA card slots. http://internetmmarketingconference.jigsy.com/

The convertible used basic hood and sticks weather protection plus detachable side screens, whilst the drop head coupe had wind up windows and a decent hood that could be stowed away http://goutinankle.net/

This would be a fantastic feature for touch enabled tablets and laptops, such as all Windows 8 certified ultrabooks. Updated url for Windows Touch API: http://msdn.microsoft.com/en-us/library/windows/desktop/dd562197%28v=vs.85%29.aspx

Yeah, now new surface pro and other touch devices pop up everythere and touch is not the new thing anymore. It would be nice to work with Mendeley painless with touch.

Thank you Vijayaraghavan for the initiative. For a Windows 8 tablet user (not RT), this is a necessary addition.
