Additional support for URLs (not just supported sites)

Treat all URLs (e.g., a lecture posted on YouTube) the same as PDFs from "supported sites":
1) Clicking the bookmarklet from any page should add that URL to the library (pending tag and title editing in the pop-up) even if Mendeley does not recognize the site.
2) If a URL is available but PDF is not, the PDF icon in the Mendeley desktop library table should be replaced with a link icon that takes you to that page.

Great idea. Any unsupported URL should be imported as a URL link pending its sorting and review by the user. For example the YouTube URL is an excellent example. It can be imported as a URL and then in Mendeley it can be changed to a reference as web video or television broadcast.

        Second suggestion is great too.
