iWork (Pages, Numbers, Keynote)
Can you integrate with Apple's office-like suite?
I love the MS Word plugin feature of the desktop program. I would love to see this incorporated into Pages on the Mac iWork suite.
I use mac pages. This is, anyway for me, a much safer and userfriendly environment to create my scientific papers. I also use Mendeley, but have to copy and paste from Mendeley to create the reference list. Citations in the text have to be done completely manually. Is or will there be a solution for me or do I have to go back to Endnote?
We haven't heard much from you about the details of an iWork plug-in. Could you please release some information on the progress of this request, as over a thousand of your users have requested it so far? Thanks.
There is a huge Mac user base which prefers to use iWork, since Office on Mac does not work very well.
Create an apple version of Word plugin that is compatible with Pages
I applaud your Mac support, and love your user-friendly interface! Can you support Apple's Pages app, since I loathe and despite Word? The iWork suite is neat!
Would be very nice if you could add these plug-ins.
It would be great to integrate Mendeley with the rapidly growing popular rich text editor in MAC known as "Pages", part of the iWork package.
Thank you for bringing this to our attention, although it has been logged some time ago. We will take your ideas into account for future versions of Mendeley.

At this point, it seems clear to that Mendeley is only paying lip service to the idea of iWork integration... How long can it take to develop a plugin? Gimme a break...

please.... for mac the better is pages.... and of course if necessary a mendeley plugin!!!
I concur! Pages is a user-friendly program and allows users to write with little learning curve, unlike many of it's competitors. I use it mostly for academic writing. I also appreciate the usability of Mendeley. If Mendeley developed a plug-in for Pages, my work would be significantly for efficient, eliminating the need to copy and paste citations and re-writing footnotes entirely. Thank you!

It would be really interesting to find out where the difficulties are ... is apple unwilling to cooperate? Would recommendations to apple help?

Pages support would make me change completely to use Mendeley :)
We need integration with Pages
Please integrate with Pages.
Can you please integrate with pages?

Lack of Pages integration is the only thing that keeps me from recommending Mendeley to all of my peers.
Could you make and update Mendeley citation plugin for iWork (especially Pages and Keynote)?
Windows Office is not great for Mac; therefore, many Mac users use iWork.
Mac has Papers, Sente, and so on. But if Mendeley has iWork plugin, it can beat those software!
We Pages users need the plugin, I am still stuck using EndNote!
Absolutely agree. Antonio Peregrino - from Brazil
I am also interested in this topic.
If Mendeley will support iWork, especially Pages and Keynote, Mendeley can win against Papers (reference manage software).
It would be interesting to have compatibility with pages...Some of us prefer pages than word.

No news to report on support for Pages yet I'm afraid. For Mac users, we'll have some improvements to the already-existing plugins for Mac Word 2011 in the next release and the citation editor that is shared by all plugins.
