Thank you for bringing this to our attention, although it has been logged some time ago. We will take your ideas into account for future versions of Mendeley.

At this point, it seems clear to that Mendeley is only paying lip service to the idea of iWork integration... How long can it take to develop a plugin? Gimme a break...

I concur! Pages is a user-friendly program and allows users to write with little learning curve, unlike many of it's competitors. I use it mostly for academic writing. I also appreciate the usability of Mendeley. If Mendeley developed a plug-in for Pages, my work would be significantly for efficient, eliminating the need to copy and paste citations and re-writing footnotes entirely. Thank you!

It would be really interesting to find out where the difficulties are ... is apple unwilling to cooperate? Would recommendations to apple help?

Lack of Pages integration is the only thing that keeps me from recommending Mendeley to all of my peers.

Could you make and update Mendeley citation plugin for iWork (especially Pages and Keynote)?

Windows Office is not great for Mac; therefore, many Mac users use iWork.
Mac has Papers, Sente, and so on. But if Mendeley has iWork plugin, it can beat those software!

We Pages users need the plugin, I am still stuck using EndNote!

I am also interested in this topic.

If Mendeley will support iWork, especially Pages and Keynote, Mendeley can win against Papers (reference manage software).

It would be interesting to have compatibility with pages...Some of us prefer pages than word.

    Hello Breno,

No news to report on support for Pages yet I'm afraid. For Mac users, we'll have some improvements to the already-existing plugins for Mac Word 2011 in the next release and the citation editor that is shared by all plugins.
