  This would dramatically help my research - the ability to link my notes database to my literature database!

  As a PhD student, this would be immensely helpful. Please expedite the creation of the ability to cite articles stored in Mendeley from Evernote, the same as we can do from Word. Thanks.

  I was wondering either if any sort of integration between those 2 wonderful research services could be possible.. Great idea and it will be surely totally welcome by everyone !

  totally agreed. it would be nice to write notes in evernote and cite them to papers we have got in mendeley!

  Agreed! Evernote does NOT do everything, it doesn't build a reference list for my manuscripts.

  Just use Evernote for everthing and then you don't need Mendeley at all. Evernote has a very powerful search function

  It would be amazing if this could export highlighted regions of text from Mendeley into Evernote as plain text.

  It would be helpful to start with something like „Mendeley Links“ or Uniform Resource Identifier's (URI) in Mendeley Desktop. Example: mendeley://cite-id123456

  I live by Evernote. Am just starting a PhD. Integrating Mendeley into the Evernote suite of helper applications would be wonderful.

  I think a useful way would be to allow read-write access from evernote to the artile notes field (FileNotes in the mendeley sqlite database). I make tons of notes but don't necessarily remember which files they are related to, so to have a one-stop access allows better organization of ideas regardless of which doc they are related to.
